We are Melbourne's Premium OCM - we work on the belief that exceptional service and mutual respect create the best results.

Tideways is a privately-owned Owners Corporation Management company (OCM) with 20+ years of local industry experience.

We have a dedicated, highly qualified team of managers, administration staff and tradespeople committed to streamlining client goals. Exceptional customer service is our mantra and is delivered at every touchpoint of the business.

Focusing on meeting the strata plan needs of developers and owners, we strike the delicate balance between managing strategies and services at every stage. Protecting the value of our client's assets is our highest priority. Listening to our clients, to create solutions that work is paramount.

We are proactive and responsive. We offer qualified and fair solutions which meet time and budgets. You will feel supported and in control.

Whether working with a developer, investor or owner-occupier, we provide guidance and resources providing insight and expertise.

Tideways cares because we understand. Our story began as property owners and clients ourselves. Starting with one property in the early 1990s, Tideways has grown to manage a portfolio over 130 select buildings.

Our boutique approach means we remain close and personal. Our clients benefit from our insightful perspective, hands-on industry experience and twenty plus years of local knowledge. Our pricing is genuine and we believe offers value every step of the way.

We offer innovative community-minded thinking, and the promise of collaboration, responsible management and value.
Our professional team partners with clients, delivering an attentive high-touch service - we are the ones actually onsite meeting face-to-face.

We believe we go above and beyond the role of a standard Owners Corporation. We not only get the job done but do it with integrity, passion and conviction.

To be an exceptional Owners Corporation Manager, it takes the right skills and attitude which we provide at Tideways – that next level of service excellence. We are a team of trusted problem solvers who also show empathy and consideration for our clients.

Our team has been handpicked for their approachability, competency and strength in their areas of expertise. We are proud to be working with such a dedicated, bright group of talented people.

Our key people build relationships with owners ensuring they feel welcome to provide input into their Owners Corporation. Many staff members speak multiple languages – a critical asset as we serve an increasing number of overseas Owners with correspondence in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

We work closely with solicitors with expertise in both local and overseas debt recovery strategies to ensure our properties are financially well-maintained and prudently managed. Adherence to our core principles is the cornerstone of our successful growth.
