Owner Details

  • Do you provide translation services?

    Yes, members of the Tideways’ team speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese.

  • How do I advise that my apartment is being managed by an agent?

    For most buildings, we have an online portal where you can update your property manager’s details. You should have received login details for the portal following settlement. If you have misplaced or did not receive a login please contact us at ownerdetails@tideways.com.au and we will resend the details.
    Alternatively, you can submit an owner detail update via form on our website

  • Can I adjust how I receive correspondence from Tideways?

    We have two methods of communication available – email or post.
